Your guide will be Assistant Director Tracy Russler, who grew up on a farm. Tracy is in charge of the day-to-day operation of Brook Hill, maintaining the website, creating databases, and assisting staff where needed. She has her certification from PATH International as an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning.

Description:

Come tour a Bedford County horse farm with a unique story and mission that creates synergy between horses and humans. It's a place where children and teens pursue equine therapy, learning to train and care for horses, and the horses benefit as well because they tend to be rescues and “retirees.”

This workshop is open to CASA of Central Virginia volunteer advocates, board members, and staff. This is an online training only. CASA volunteers will earn 2 in-service hours for this workshop.
