Why April?

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time to raise awareness and take action to protect vulnerable children in our community. Our Awareness Auction in April not only raises critical funds to support trained advocates for children who have experienced abuse or neglect but also shines a light on the urgent need for community involvement. By participating in the auction, you help ensure that every child has a voice in court and the opportunity to thrive. Together, we can break the cycle of abuse and build a brighter future for children.

    To join the fun, simply create an account on 32Auctions and start bidding when the auction opens on April 17th!

    2. Is there a fee to register?
    Nope! Registering and browsing auction items is completely free. You only pay if you win an item.

    3. Can I bid from my phone?
    Absolutely! 32Auctions is mobile-friendly, making it easy to bid anytime, anywhere.

    4. How will I know if I’ve been outbid?
    You’ll receive email notifications when someone outbids you, so you can jump back in and stay competitive!

  • 1. How do I pay if I win an item?
    After the auction closes, you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your payment directly through 32Auctions. Major credit cards are accepted.

    2. What if I change my mind after winning?
    All bids are final, and payments are non-refundable. Remember, every bid supports CASA’s mission!

  • 1. How do I get my item if I win?
    Winners can pick up their items at our Lynchburg office during business hours from April 29th to May 8th. Special arrangements can be made if necessary.

    2. Do you offer shipping?
    Some items may be eligible for shipping at the winner’s expense. Specific details will be listed on the item page.
