This workshop will be geared towards professionals who already have some basics of trauma-informed principles, and want to now apply those principles. Each workshop will begin with 30 minutes of content from a local provider on a specific aspect of trauma-informed care. The remaining time will be spent workshopping from an interdisciplinary perspective case scenarios of challenging behaviors that present in the school setting. A panel will provide suggestions during the discussion portion, but whole-group brainstorming will also occur. Though open to parents, this is geared particularly to professionals, & will focus on treating issues in the school rather than home setting.
