Carter is a Lynchburg native that has worked in the medical field as a certified medical assistant for over 10 years. She graduated from Liberty University with her Bachelor of Science degree where she focused on Criminal Justice and Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors in the Fall and Winter seasons, sudoku and jigsaw puzzles, and being a cheer mom to her daughter Kharlise. Carter serves as a church youth leader and participates in tutoring and mentoring services to children.
